How do I register?

1. Hit ‘register’ on the www.cowsales.com toolbar and follow the prompts
2. You’ll receive an email confirming your registration
3. Once you have received email confirmation, log in at www.cowsales.com (top right-hand corner)
4. Change your password and fill in your profile information. Save your updated profile.

How do I get more views on my listing?

CowSales.com offers options for upgrading your listings to get more views and enquiries. Please visit our ad package page to see what options are available. 

I’ve forgotten my CowSales.com member password. What do I do?

In the toolbar, click ‘Log in’. Choose the ‘Forgot password’ option. A new password will be emailed to your nominated email address.

I am trying to register, but every user name I try has already been taken

Your user name needs to be unique. If you’re still having trouble having chosen a unique user name, there is a chance you have already registered.

I have registered but my password isn’t being accepted

Please note that our passwords are case-sensitive. 

How long will my ad remain on CowSales.com?

30 days. If you stock sells prior to the ad’s expiry, you can remove the ad by logging into ‘My account’.  You can extend your ad for a further 30 days, if necessary.

Can I directly advertise my stock For Sale privately on CowSales.com, without using the services of an Agent?

Yes. To place your advertisement directly onto CowSales.com you will need to register and log in.

I have submitted an ad but it is not appearing

While ads generally appear within a few minutes of submission, please allow up to an hour. After refreshing the page, if it still hasn’t appeared, please contact info@c71.01a.myftpupload.com.
